The beautiful white buildings, palm trees, beach views, cute little spots to eat, and that relaxed 30A vibe whew, I loved it! We walked around, and took in the scenery, explored the area. One part of being 53 is celebrating this beautiful One part of being 53 is celebrating this beautiful life, making memories, and enjoying my birthday all month long but another part is choosing me and working toward a healthier, stronger me. Today’s 45 mins workout: treadmill walk + jog at 4–5 speed, mixed with weight lifting using 15-lb dumbbells curls, overhead lifts, and putting in the work! Happy 1 month on my fitness journey. I’m thankful for every step of this journey. I’m not just focused on losing weight. I’m working on losing fat, building muscle, getting stronger, and staying consistent. And yes, I’m making sure I’m getting my protein in too! @jockofuel 30g protein shake = commitment in a bottle.
